General description

Spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK) is a member of the non-receptor tyrosine kinase family. It is usually expressed in epithelial breast tissues and hematopoietic cells.SYK is mapped to human chromosome 9q22.

Immunogen

The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human SYK around the phosphorylation site of Tyr348.

Physical form

Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.
