Application
Ascentis® Express RP-Amide, 2.7 Micron HPLC Column may be used for the separation of:
- Monoethanolamine (MEA) and its degradation products in synthetic flue gas mixtures utilized during CO2 capture in hybrid post-combustion capture with oxygen-enriched combustion, prior to their quantification by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI) source.
- (2-Hydroxyethyl) ethylenediamine (HEEDA), a degradation product of MEA, in the CO2 mixture based on post-combustion CO2 capture systems, prior to its determination by LC-MS.
