General description
96孔蛋白质沉淀滤板是去除生物血浆/血清中沉淀蛋白质的理想设备。该板由0.2 μm疏水层级过滤器/熔块组成。 首先将生物血浆加入96孔板，然后加入蛋白质沉淀剂（例如乙腈）。经过短暂的混合步骤后，向平板施加真空，过滤器/熔块从样品中去除沉淀的蛋白质。 所得滤液可用于进一步处理和/或分析。
