  • D-mannose in human serum samples during its determination using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI) source and selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection.
  • Free sugars in switchgrass extractives during their quantification using high performance liquid chromatography equipped with refractive index (HPLC-RI) detector.
  • Total hemicellulose and cellulose sugars in sugarcane straw hydrolyzate during their determination using HPLC equipped with infra-red (IR) detector.
