Application
The TSKgel G3000SWXL columns are used: To separate monoclonal antibodies based on size exclusion.
- For size-exclusion chromatography (SEC) to analyse PEGylated proteins, such as lysozyme. The column allows separation of different PEGylated isoforms based on their size.
- To effectively separate and quantify high molecular weight species, oligomers, and monomers of IgG1 and IgG2 antibodies.
- The columns provided clear resolution and accurate quantification essential for analyzing antibody stability and aggregation behavior.

Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 M Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
