General description

Sepax SRT SEC columns feature a hydrophilic surface layer that effectively shields the highly porous, five micron silica particles from interacting with your sample. SRT columns are employed in the quality control of biotherapeutics by gel filtration chromatography. Select from a wide variety of available pore sizes to analyze peptides, proteins, glycoproteins, vaccines and water soluble polymers.
