General description

异丙基氯化镁是一种高反应活性的有机镁卤化物，由金属镁和异丙基氯 反应而成。它可用于格氏反应以生成新的碳碳键。

Application

异丙基氯化镁溶液（2.0M，溶于THF）可作为合成以下物质的试剂：      
  • 在甲酸乙酯甲酰化剂存在的情况下，通过5-取代的1,2,3-三碘苯的区域选择性金属-碘交换反应制备2,6-二碘苯甲醛衍生物。      
  • 由芳基和杂芳基溴化物通过形成相应的格氏试剂制备芳烃和杂芳烃磺酰胺。
  • 以溴/碘吡啶处理，然后用氯化硒SeCl2处理制备的对称吡啶基单硒化物。

Packaging
