General description
Erbium(III) acetate hydrate is a high-purity, moderately water soluble, erbium precursor widely used in thin film deposition, nanomaterial synthesis, and optical coating applications. With excellent thermal stability and controlled decomposition to Er₂O₃, it is ideal for solution processing, CVD, and ALD techniques.
Application
