General description
6-巯基-1-己醇（MCH）形成自组装单层（SAM），具有相同表示的C6间臂（spacer）。MCH是表面涂层工具，可以阻断活性位点和非特异性吸收。
Application
MCH涂在压电晶体上，可用于制造区分不同奶酪品种的化学传感器。MCH的自组装单层可在金表面上用于生物传感应用。也可以用作金-聚苯胺（Au-PANI）纳米复合材料表面改性的单层，用于开发基于适配体的生物传感器（适配体传感器）。
