5-{4-[2-(2-{[(tert-butoxy)carbonyl]amino}ethoxy)ethyl]piperazin-1-yl}pyrimidine-2-carboxylic acid is a heterobifunctional crosslinker useful for development of PROTAC degraders for targeted protein degradation or other bifunctional molecules in chemical biology.
