一般描述

经认证的Spiking溶液® 适用于通过GC/MS或LC/MS进行的疼痛处方监测、法医测试或临床毒理学应用中。

叔丁啡是一种半合成阿片类药物，对阿片受体表现出部分激动活性，对 μ 阿片受体具有拮抗活性。尽管它与吗啡相似，但它比吗啡更有效。该药物以Suboxone®、Subutex®和Temgesic等许多商品名出售。

应用
