自收到之日起在-20ºC可稳定保存1年。
为了最大程度地回收产品，在取下盖子之前，将原始样品瓶进行离心。如果产品意外发生了冻融，可在2-8°C下以13,000 x g离心10分钟。

分析说明

通过蛋白质印迹分析对经Calyculin A/Okadaic处理的人A431癌细胞裂解液进行了常规评估。

蛋白质印迹分析：
0.5–2 μg/mL该批次在胰岛素或Calyculin A/Okadaic处理的人A431癌细胞裂解液中检测到丝氨酸磷酸化蛋白。
