成纤维细胞生长因子2（FGF-2）属于肝素结合生长因子家族。它位于中胚层和神经外胚层起源的细胞以及一些肿瘤细胞中。FGF-2有四种亚型。它由四个半胱氨酸残基、多个碱性残基和两个活性位点组成。FGF-2蛋白质是由十二个反平行β折叠片组成的三角金字塔结果。FGF-2染色体位于染色体4q28.1。

Anti-FGF-2/basic FGF (neutralizing), clone bFM-1, Cat. No. 05-117, is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects Basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) and is tested for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Radioimmunoassay, and Neutralizing.

生化/生理作用

该抗体对牛、人、大鼠和小鼠来源的非变性形式FGF-2/碱性FGF具有高度特异性。 不与牛酸性FGF发生交叉反应。

TBS中纯化的小鼠单克隆抗体IgG1κ。使用小鼠IgG作为标准品，通过Bradford微量滴定法测定蛋白质。 冷冻溶液。

制备说明

自收到之日起在-20ºC可稳定保存1年。避免反复冻融。为了最大程度地回收产品，需在融化后和取下盖子之前将原始样品管进行离心。

分析说明

通过中和大于50%的FGF-2/bFGF模拟的FBHE细胞生长进行常规评估。

bFGF活性测定的中和：
2.5 µg/mL的该批次抗体中和了用5 ng/mL FGF-2/bFGF模拟的FBHE细胞超过40%的生长。
