General description

人胰岛素样生长因子II (IGFII)含有67个氨基酸,结构特性类似于IGFI,包括62%的序列同源性。 在人血浆中,IGFI和 IGFII 与IGF结合蛋白相结合,IGF结合蛋白可运输多肽并部分调节其体内作用。除了胰岛素受体,IGFII 结合两种形式的 IGF受体,两种受体都在不同组织和培养的细胞中广泛分布。对于各种培养的细胞,包括小鼠3T3 细胞、12种正常大鼠肾细胞、人或鸡成纤维细胞以及MCF-7人乳腺癌细胞,IGFII 有促有丝分裂作用。
