阳性抗原对照：货号12-302，EGF刺激的A431细胞裂解液。加入2.5µL 2-巯基乙醇/100 µL裂解液，煮沸5分钟以还原制剂。在微凝胶每个泳道上样20µg还原后的裂解液。
Application
2-4 μg之前的一个批次定量免疫沉淀了来自活化酪氨酸激酶表达细胞的融合培养物的裂解液（10 cm培养皿）中的含磷酸酪氨酸蛋白质。如果需要保留磷酸酪氨酸，可加入：0.2 mM原钒酸钠至裂解缓冲液中。
