Analysis Note

对照
阳性抗原对照：货号12-301，未刺激的A431细胞裂解液。加入2.5µL 2-巯基乙醇/100µL裂解液，煮沸5分钟以减少制备量。在微凝胶每个泳道上样20µg经还原的裂解液。
通过蛋白质印迹分析对来自人A431癌细胞、人HFF、Jurkat、Raji、小鼠3T3、CTLL、大鼠L-6或PC-12细胞裂解液的RIPA裂解液进行常规评估。

蛋白质印迹分析：
0.05 - 0.5 μg/mL的该抗体在人A431癌细胞的RIPA裂解液中检测到Ras。先前批次在人HFF、Jurkat、Raji、小鼠3T3、CTLL、大鼠L-6和PC-12细胞裂解液中检测到Ras。

Application

使用该抗Ras抗体（克隆Ras10），经过验证可用于ELISA、FC、IC、IH、IP & WB，检测到Ras。
免疫沉淀：
据报道，1-4 μg该抗体可免疫沉淀Ras。

免疫细胞化学：
据报道，2.5 μg/mL的该抗体在SW480和Y1细胞中显示出对Ras的阳性免疫染色。

免疫组织化学：
据报道，该抗体可检测冷冻和石蜡包埋的乳腺癌切片中的Ras。
