General description
~ 170 kDa
早期内体抗原 1(EEA1)是 170 kDa 的卷曲螺旋蛋白,属于早期内体 Rab5 效应蛋白。EEA1 在与早期内体融合之前,推测其在内吞囊泡的栓系/锚定中具有作用。该蛋白质的特点是含有锌指状结构域和卷曲螺旋区域。锌指样结构域,也称为 FYVE 指,是富含胱氨酸的基序,是 EEA1’ 内体靶向能力的必要组成部分,并以与 Rab5 GTPase 和磷酸磷酸肌醇 3-磷酸酯(Ptdlns-3-P)的双重相互作用而著称。
