General description

ChromoCult® 李斯特菌琼脂选择性补充剂包含冻干形式的四种抗生素的混合物。它通过选择性富集李斯特菌属在很大程度上抑制了伴随细菌的生长。两性霉素B减少酵母菌和霉菌的生长。多粘菌素B抑制革兰氏阴性细菌的生长。萘啶酸钠盐在主要抑制革兰氏阴性菌生长的同时，对部分革兰氏阳性菌也有抑制作用。头孢他啶对革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌均具有广谱活性。
