Application
Cellvento® Feed-210 has been designed to support optimal cell growth and performance of DHFR-negative CHO suspension cell types, primarily recombinant CHO-DG44 cell lines, but may be suitable for use with other CHO cell lines. It is intended for use as a companion feed supplement with the production medium Cellvento® CHO-210 in fed-batch manufacturing processes. This product is intended for research or further manufacturing but not for human or therapeutic use.
General description
Cellvento® Feed-210 is a chemically defined feed formulation containing only components of non-animal origin. The product is intended for use in the development and manufacturing of biotherapeutics in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cell-based expression systems. Cellvento® Feed-210 contains concentrated amino acids, vitamins, salts, and trace elements and is supplied in dry powder format.
Preparation Note
Formulated to contain 81.6 grams of powder per liter of medium.
