Application
- CHO fed-batch processes requiring simultaneous galactosylation reduction,increasing G0(F) and decreasing G1(F)/G2(F) while maintaining or improving product titer.
- Development and manufacturing of mAbs and next-generation biopharmaceuticals in CHO cell-based expression systems, including biosimilar development requiring precise replication of a target galactosylation profile.
- Use with Cellvento® 4CHO COMP and EX-CELL® Advanced CHO production media.
- Glycosylation profile modulation when combined with Cellvento®ModiFeed Prime Feed, allows titration to a desired galactosylation level via a single, blended feed.
