General description
Neo-Mount™ 显微镜用无水封固剂是一种颜色极其稳定的即用型显微镜用封固剂，是以脂肪烃混合物溶剂生产。它含有二甲苯的无芳香烃替代物，因此Neo-Mount™需要结合Neo-Clear™ （产品编号1.09843）使用。在封固步骤，需要避免接触二甲苯，因为它会使载玻片变得模糊并出现条纹。不建议将Neo-Mount™用于临床诊断学荧光显微镜。此外，在封固前将脱水的载玻片在滤纸上放置1分钟左右可以防止Neo-Clear过量™，因为盖玻片下可能出现气泡。采用盖玻片机器固定标本时，也必需满足相同的预先条件；将载玻片放在空载玻片架上温育一分钟可以更高效地清除Neo-Clear™。Neo-Mount™ 在盖玻片下产生透明且坚硬的薄膜，并需要约30分钟干燥。
