50mM Tris chloride, pH 8.0, 150mM NaCl, 1mM MgCl, 0.1mM ZnCl, 0.01% (w/v) sodium azide, 50% (v/v) glycerol and 10mg/ml BSA

Stable for 1 year at 4°C from date of shipment. Liquid at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE.

Routinely evaluated for use as a secondary antibody in WB, ELISA and IHC.
