Tryptic Soy Broth is a complex nutrient rich inhibitor free microbial media designed in compliance with European (EP), Japanese (JP) and United States Pharmacopeia (USP).
The medium is supplemented with peptones from casein and soymeal to provide an enhanced carbon source, which promotes the growth of the microbes present in the test sample.

Tryptic Soy Broth is used for the isolation and cultivation of fastidious bacteria, yeast. TSB is suitable for sterility testing of substances, preparations, and products from pharmaceutical and food industry.

Production will take place at Millipore SAS in Molsheim, France. Deliveries will be executed in accordance with the terms and conditions of MLS RTU GmbH. A minimum order quantity is required to process the order. Once the order is placed and confirmed, Merck will ensure product delivery within a maximum timeframe of 10 to 12 weeks.
