General description

意义:
抗磷脂酰丝氨酸可用于检测膜磷脂磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)从内膜小叶向外膜小叶的移位;它提供了膜联蛋白V的替代方法,用于定量细胞凋亡。
磷脂酰丝氨酸或PS是天然存在的磷脂营养素。PS对所有人体细胞的功能至关重要,但最集中在大脑中。它在该器官中的相对丰度反映了它已被证明参与了各种神经细胞功能,包括神经递质释放和突触活性。临床研究表明,PS可以支持随着年龄增长而下降的大脑功能。

Immunogen

含有70%磷脂酰丝氨酸和30%磷脂酰甘油的脂质体。
