意义：
抗磷脂酰丝氨酸可用于检测膜磷脂磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）从内膜小叶向外膜小叶的移位；它提供了膜联蛋白V的替代方法，用于定量细胞凋亡。
磷脂酰丝氨酸或PS是天然存在的磷脂营养素。PS对所有人体细胞的功能至关重要，但最集中在大脑中。它在该器官中的相对丰度反映了它已被证明参与了各种神经细胞功能，包括神经递质释放和突触活性。临床研究表明，PS可以支持随着年龄增长而下降的大脑功能。

免疫原

含有70%磷脂酰丝氨酸和30%磷脂酰甘油的脂质体。

应用

使用经验证可用于FC的抗磷脂酰丝氨酸抗体（克隆1H6，Alexa Fluor 488）检测磷脂酰丝氨酸。

流式细胞术： 0.2 μg该抗体可在固定Jurkat细胞中检测出磷脂酰丝氨酸（见第2页）。

凋亡测定：使用抗磷脂酰丝氨酸，克隆1H6，Alexa Fluor™ 488偶联物或膜联蛋白V FITC偶联物测量星形孢菌素对Jurkat细胞中凋亡诱导的时间过程。
