General description
笼状Ca2+螯合剂在光解后会经历Ca2+结合亲和力的快速下降。可以显微注射或与透化细胞一起使用。也可用作笼状Mg2+螯合剂。Kd (Ca2+) = 5 nM；Kd (Mg2+) = 2-5 µM。
Preparation Note
复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多3个月。
