BL21(DE3)pLysS感受态细胞- Novagen

BL21菌株是pET重组体蛋白表达最广泛使用的宿主，其优点是缺乏lon和ompT蛋白酶。

DE3表明宿主是λDE3的溶酶原，因此携带一个由lacUV5启动子控制的T7 RNA聚合酶基因的染色体拷贝。这些菌株适合于通过IPTG诱导从pET载体中克隆的靶基因生产蛋白质。

pLysS菌株表达T7溶菌酶，该溶菌酶在诱导前进一步抑制T7 RNA聚合酶的基本表达，从而稳定编码影响细胞生长和活力的靶蛋白的pET重组体。
