Pre-loaded resin for synthesis of peptide acids containing a side-chain modified C-terminal lysine amino-acid residue by Fmoc SPPS. Side-chain Mtt group is removed by 1% TFA in DCM. Prepared from a low load Wang resin, to help facilitate the synthesis of longer peptides.
