免疫组化:1:1,000- 1:5,000

免疫组化应用说明:
- 建议灌注步骤:
1)不含Ca2+的台氏液,
2)多聚甲醛-苦味酸固定剂
3)10%蔗糖的PBS溶液作为冷冻保护剂
-快速解剖组织并在含10%蔗糖的0.1 M磷酸盐缓冲液(pH 7.4)中保存过夜。
-将载玻片固定的组织切片与封闭缓冲液在室温下培养1小时。
- 去除封闭缓冲液,并在2-8°C下将载玻片和一抗(将封闭缓冲液中的AB15348在稀释至需要的工作浓度)一起培养18-24小时。
-去除一抗,并以PBS冲洗3次。
- 将切片与荧光标记的二抗在室温下培养60分钟。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
抗-FMRFamid 抗体是针对FMRFamide的抗体,可用于IH。
