特异性

免疫原

免疫原与小鼠同源性为100%,与人和牛同源性为90%,与犬D2R受体同源性为72%。针对相同序列制成的抗体已显示出与人、龙虾、鱿鱼和小龙虾的反应性。

应用



免疫组化:4%PFA固定,冰冻切片,1:200,室温孵育24小时,DAB检测。{Tillerson, JL et al. (2006) Behavioural Brain Res. 172:97-105.

免疫细胞化学:4% PFA固定细胞10-15′,用0.2-0.3%triton X-100透化,1:100,O/N 4c用于荧光 {Sun, W et al (2005) Stem Cells 23(7):931-945, http://stemcells.alphamedpress.org/cgi/content/full/23/7/931}。

蛋白质印迹:1:1,000-1:5,000(化学发光技术)当使用低浓度样品或在抗体稀释剂中使用牛奶时,可能需要更高浓度的抗体。可能需要加载100-200 μg纯化的纹状体或其他组织膜以可视化DR2条带。已显示该抗体可识别天然和变性DR2条带。
