Biochem/physiol Actions

神经肽Y(NPY)特异性由RIA决定。合成肽生长抑素14、亮氨酸脑啡肽、甲硫氨酸脑啡肽、后叶催产素、精氨酸8-加压素、血管活性肠肽和血管紧缩素II交叉反应性低于 0.005%,P物质低于0.02%。肽YY和牛胰多肽分别具有大约36%和0.05%的交叉反应性。人肽YY和人NPY具有65%的同源氨基酸序列。



在RIA和结合组织抗原的抗体中,合成NPY 可以完全消除反射标记的NPY与NPY抗体的结合。
