General description

肺表面活性物质相关蛋白A1(SP-A1,SFTPA1,PSP-A,SP-A)与表面活性剂磷脂结合,并有助于降低哺乳动物肺泡气液界面的表面张力,对于正常呼吸是必需的。有四种主要的表面活性物质蛋白,分别称为SP-A,B,C和D。SP-A是第一个被鉴别的表面活性物质蛋白,也是最丰富的。其分子质量范围为26-38kDa。根据系统中存在的其他物质,它可以以开放或封闭的形式找到。钙产生封闭的花束形式。SP-A对于产生管状髓磷脂(一种肺特有的脂质运输结构)是必需的。SP-A的遗传变异是早产儿易患特发性肺纤维化(IPF)和呼吸窘迫综合征(RDS)的原因。
