Application
免疫印迹:使用大鼠肾提取物为1:2,000。该抗体与160-190 kDa蛋白反应(分子量变化取决于蛋白提取/电泳的条件)。建议的稀释液和封闭缓冲液为150 mM NaCl,10 mM Tris,pH值7.4,其中含有5%低脂牛奶和0.04%吐温。建议转移膜为PVDF或尼龙。建议的凝胶百分比为7%。建议在2-8°C下与抗体过夜培养。
免疫组化:在大鼠或小鼠肾组织上为1:500-1:2,000。建议的固定剂是3%多聚甲醛,通过血管灌注固定5分钟。建议的封闭缓冲液是含有10%正常山羊血清的PBS。建议的稀释缓冲液是含有1%BSA的PBS。建议在2-8°C下与抗体过夜培养。最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
