General description
DAP12是一种跨膜接头蛋白（transmembrane adaptor protein），在自然杀伤（NK）细胞、骨髓和假定性神经元细胞（presumably neuronal cell）中以非共价形式结合多种细胞表面受体（Bakker, 2000, Campbell, 1999）。DAP12含有一个 ITAM结构域，该结构域优先募集蛋白酪氨酸激酶Syk ，以引发信号转导（McVicar, 1998）。DAP12缺乏导致骨髓细胞的抗原呈递功能下降，小鼠中某些NK细胞受体功能缺陷（Bakker.2000, Tomasello, 2000），以及人类的早老性痴呆和骨囊肿（Paloneva, 2000）。
