蛋白质印迹:使用ECL为1:1,000。该抗体可与250 kDa的IP3受体3蛋白反应。建议的封闭缓冲液为10%正常山羊血清(或与你的二抗相同的宿主),1%BSA的含0.05%吐温20的0.1 M PBS。建议的稀释缓冲液为1%正常山羊血清(或与你的二抗相同的宿主),1%BSA的含0.05%吐温20的0.1 M PBS。优选的凝胶百分比是4-12%梯度凝胶。

免疫细胞化学:1:1,000

免疫组化:使用荧光标记的二抗在2-8°C下以1:1,000过夜。建议的固定剂是0.1 M PBS中的4%多聚甲醛(一小时)。建议的透化方法是0.05%Triton X-100稀释缓冲液。建议的封闭缓冲液为10%正常山羊血清(或与你的二抗相同的宿主)和1%BSA的0.1 M PBS。建议的稀释缓冲液为1%正常山羊血清(或与你的二抗相同的宿主)和1%BSA的0.1 M PBS。
