蛋白质印迹：使用ECL为1：1,000。该抗体与500 kDa雷诺丁受体2蛋白反应。建议的封闭缓冲液为10%正常山羊血清（或与你的二抗相同的宿主），1%BSA的含0.05%吐温20的0.1 M PBS。建议的稀释缓冲液为1%正常山羊血清（或与你的二抗相同的宿主），1%BSA的含0.05%吐温20的0.1 M PBS。优选的凝胶百分比是4-12%梯度凝胶。
免疫细胞化学：1：1,000
