General description
线粒体裂变1蛋白hFIs1是一种过表达的哺乳动物蛋白,位于各种细胞类型的线粒体外膜上。它参与线粒体网络的破碎及其核周聚集,导致线粒体中细胞色素c的释放和凋亡。已知它介导过氧化物酶体裂变,并且通过使组蛋白H3的Lys-4脱甲基而在组蛋白功能中也起关键作用。
