General description
细胞程序性死亡1配体1（PD-L1/CD274）是属于BTN/MOG家族B7相关蛋白。PDL-1/CD274对于T细胞增殖和IL10和IFNG的产生至关重要。PD-L1/CD274通过抑制细胞介导的免疫反应，减少记忆T细胞分泌IL-2和IL-10。PD-L1/CD274可能参与减少同种异体CD4+记忆T细胞对内皮细胞的反应。PD-L1/CD274在心脏、骨骼肌、胎盘和肺中高度表达，在胸腺、脾脏、肾脏和肝脏中弱表达。
观察值~55 kDa和~ 33 kDa。Uniprot描述了33 kDa，20 kDa和21 kDa的三种亚型。该抗体包含4种已知的糖基化系统。 可以分别在34 kDa和55 kDa处观察到未糖基化和糖基化/膜形式。
