General description

水通道蛋白-4(AQP-4)又称汞不敏感水通道。AQP-4一种渗透压感受器,可调节体内水平衡并介导中枢神经系统内的水流。它主要在成熟的大脑中表达,但也在眼睛,肾脏,肠和肺中表达。AQP-4是一种多通道膜蛋白,与MLC1,TRPV4,HEPACAM和ATP1B1一起作为复合物的一部分。
