General description
肌磷脂 (SLN) 是一种多结构域蛋白,包含管腔结构域、细胞质结构域和跨膜结构域。它存在于心肌细胞的肌浆/内质网膜中,并参与维持心脏肌肉收缩性的钙稳态。肌脂蛋白通过调节肌(内)质网 Ca2+ ATP 酶 (SERCA2a) 来实现这些效果,SERCA2a 是一种钙转运蛋白,可主动将钙从细胞质泵入肌浆网,从而导致心肌松弛。肌磷脂还可能与受磷蛋白相互作用,并可能导致心力衰竭。
观测分子量〜6 kDa。在某些组织裂解物中,在〜13 kDa处可能观察到未表征的条带。
