General description

免疫球蛋白G（IgG）是一种多聚体免疫球蛋白，由两条重链γ和两条轻链构成。每个复合物具有两个抗原结合位点。它是人血清中最丰富的蛋白质之一，成人血液中的正常水平在 8-17 mg/mL 之间。IgG对我们抵抗微生物很重要，而B淋巴细胞产生的分子是我们适应性免疫应答的一部分。IgG 分子具有两个独立的功能；与引起反应的病原体结合，以及募集其他细胞和分子来破坏抗原。此外，这是唯一可以通过人类胎盘的亚型，从而在胎儿自身免疫系统发育之前，在其生命的最初几周内为胎儿提供保护。 IgG 池的变异性是通过体细胞重组产生的，在给定时间点个体的特异性数量估计为 1011 个变异体。

免疫亲和纯化

Preparation Note

在接收之日起，将冻干产品在产物2-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。避光保存。
