应用

ELISA和蛋白质印迹：
可用1：5,000-1：100,000稀释度。

免疫组化：
可用1：500-1：5,000稀释度。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
使用经验证可用于ELISA、IH &WB的山羊抗小鼠IgG抗体（过氧化物酶偶联、H+L）检测小鼠IgG。

纯化的山羊IgG与辣根过氧化物酶偶联，在含有0.01 M PBS，pH7.1和15mg/ml BSA的缓冲液中。 冻干

储存及稳定性

自装运之日起，冻干产品在2-8°C可最多保存12个月。
复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
警告：使用叠氮化钠作为防腐剂将显著抑制HRP的酶活性。
