General description

亲和纯化的兔抗绵羊IgG，过氧化物酶偶联
免疫球蛋白 G（IgG）是人血清中最丰富的蛋白质之一，成人血液中的正常水平在8-17 mg/mL之间。IgG对我们抵抗微生物很重要，而B淋巴细胞产生的分子是我们适应性免疫反应的一部分。IgG分子具有两个独立的功能；与引起反应的病原体结合，以及募集其他细胞和分子来破坏抗原。IgG池的变异性是通过体细胞重组产生的，在给定时间点个体的特异性数量估计为1011个变异体。

复溶：

用1.5 mL无菌蒸馏水复溶。

Preparation Note

储存: 将冻干产品在2-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，请添加等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以未稀释的等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。

警告：

使用叠氮化钠作为防腐剂将显著抑制HRP的酶活性。
