一般描述

免疫球蛋白G(IgG) 是在人类血清中发现的最丰富的糖蛋白抗体。它是由B细胞分泌的。IgG结构包含4条多肽链,其中包括两条相同的重(H)链和两条完全相同的λ轻(L)链。这些链通过二硫键相互连接。IgG以IgG1、IgG2、IgG3和IgG4四种亚型存在。

生化/生理作用
