General description
抗体分子通常包含与一对重链共价结合的两条免疫球蛋白轻链。免疫球蛋白轻链有两种类型，用希腊字母κ和λ表示。κ和λ轻链的长度约为250个氨基酸，平均质量约为25 kDa。在免疫球蛋白群体中发现的κ与λ的比例因物种而异。
