Preparation Note
复溶： 将冻干产品在4°C下储存长达12个月，直至打开。 用去离子水复溶至1 mg/mL。 如果在室温下静置1-2小时后产品未完全澄清，则将其离心。 （为了判断澄清度，将产品吸入巴斯德移液器中）。 产品作为未稀释的液体在4°C下可稳定数周。 超过一天后丢弃稀释液。 为了在复溶后延长储存时间，添加等体积的甘油以使最终浓度为50%甘油，并在-20°C下储存。 请记住，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。
