Application
使用抗细胞角蛋白7抗体检测细胞角蛋白7，该抗体为LP5K克隆，FITC共轭，可用于IC、IH、IH（P）、FC。
免疫组化： 适用于染色冷冻切片和石蜡包埋的组织。 在应用抗体之前，需要对石蜡包埋的切片进行蛋白酶处理。用丙酮固定1小时的胎盘组织的冷冻切片（7 µm）。抗体以1:10的稀释度进行使用（Sato et al.，2003）。
免疫细胞化学：通过0.5％PFA对分离的EVT细胞在4°C固定15分钟，然后在-20°C于丙酮中固定2分钟。 抗体以1:10的稀释度进行使用（Sato et al.，2003）。
流式细胞术：每次测试使用10 μL缀合物。
最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
