General description

Preparation Note

本品采用符合21 CFR 210.3(b)（6）中规定的“无纤维脱落”过滤器标准的材料制造。
灭菌
25次128 °C×60分钟高压锅蒸汽灭菌（预润湿），或者10次正向≤ 135 °C×30分钟×≤ 4 psid和5次反向≤ 135 °C×30分钟×<1.0 psid在线蒸汽灭菌（预润湿）*。

*验证装置使用的蒸汽，起始全压差为31 psid，最终压差为1 psid，正向和反向验证中的平均压差为4 psid。
