General description

Preparation Note

本品采用符合21 CFR 210.3(b)（6）中规定的“无纤维脱落”过滤器标准的材料制造。
灭菌
128°C×60分钟，高压锅蒸汽灭菌（预润湿）25次。在线蒸汽灭菌（预润湿）：
135 °C×30 min×≤0.34 bar(5 psid)下10次正向和
135 °C×30 min×≤0.07 bar(<1 psid)下5次反向*。
*验证装置使用的蒸汽，起始全压差为31 psid，最终压差为1 psid，正向和反向验证中的平均压差为4 psid。
