General description

I型过敏反应是通过IgE高亲和受体（FceRI）介导的。当呈递多价抗原时，单体IgE FceRI受体复合物的重新分布会导致肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞脱粒，从而导致随后释放引起I型过敏反应的因子。FceRI受体是四聚体复合物，由a链，b链和二聚体g链组成。尽管a链主要参与IgE的结合，但信号通过g亚基转移，g亚基包含免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序（ITAM），对于通过Syk和Lyn酪氨酸激酶启动受体介导的信号转导至关重要。FceRI受体能够与IgE结合和脱离，为研究激酶偶联受体的性能提供了通用模型。
