General description

I型过敏反应是通过IgE高亲和受体(FceRI)介导的。当呈递多价抗原时,单体IgE FceRI受体复合物的重新分布会导致肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞脱粒,从而导致随后释放引起I型过敏反应的因子。FceRI受体是四聚体复合物,由a链,b链和二聚体g链组成。尽管a链主要参与IgE的结合,但信号通过g亚基转移,g亚基包含免疫受体酪氨酸激活基序(ITAM),对于通过Syk和Lyn酪氨酸激酶启动受体介导的信号转导至关重要。FceRI受体能够与IgE结合和脱离,为研究激酶偶联受体的性能提供了通用模型。
