建议使用 稀释度

1.流式细胞术和间接免疫荧光1:60~1:120

用等渗缓冲液稀释。在100μl缓冲液中,每1 x 10E6外周血单核细胞(PBMC)使用50 μl稀释的抗体。

2.细胞毒性试验1:25。

Biochem/physiol Actions

该抗体与HLA-B27抗原牢固结合。它与HLA-B7抗原的结合强度也较低。通过斯卡查德分析进行的亲和力研究表明,该抗体对HLA-B27(9.7 x108M-1)的亲和力高于对HLA-B7

(9.5 x107M-1)的亲和力。
